Avsallar boasts excellent transport connections to both Alanya and Antalya, with the airport located along the coastal road passing through the town. The Alara River, which flows through Avsallar, originates from the mountain springs near one of Turkey's best-preserved caravanserais, Alarahan, dating back to the 13th century.
