EasyApartAlanya offer long-term rental of holiday homes/apartments located in Alanya/Turkey.
All apartments are very close to Alanya's beaches with the Turkish Mediterranean Sea and adapts them to the needs of European customers, therefore you can book/rent long-term apartments in advance at EasyApartAlanya with safe conditions adapted especially for European customers.
Since we as apartment owners have a background from Finland, Sweden, Germany and even Turkey, we especially recommend customers from these countries to rent or buy from us. We speak Finnish, Swedish, German, English, Spanish and Turkish and help you with all your questions from start to finish. We can provide you with the best possible service and support in your native language.
You only pay a deposit fee. We use the European Distance Shopping Act, which gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. Within these 14 days, you can change or completely withdraw from your contract and get your full deposit back.
Canceling or withdrawing from the agreement after 14 days is not possible and we can only offer you to change your booking, change the time or rebook your apartment to another apartment, if availability allows this. But if you still cancel the entire agreement after 14 days right of withdrawal, the deposit is not refunded but can be used for a later future booking with us again.
Note: EasyApartAlanya reserves the right without informing the customers to change the agreement. Change the Terms and Services if necessary to ensure that the agreement and terms are up to date.
However, since all rental agreements are made individually, EasyApartAlanya will offer the tenant the best form of agreement between all parties. This party can be varied and consists of you as a tenant - property owner - Real Estate Agency and EasyApartAlanya

It's important to understand that EasyApartAlanya acts as a mediator and only conveys the content of the booking request to the recipient, which is the landlord or real estate agent. EasyApartAlanya does not have any obligations towards you or the recipient beyond this mediation.
When you send a booking request through EasyApartAlanya, you also agree to the processing of your personal data by EasyApartAlanya and the recipient for the purpose of answering your request. This means that your personal information may be used to communicate with you and provide the necessary information regarding your inquiry.
It's always advisable to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of any platform or service you use, including EasyApartAlanya, to ensure you are aware of their responsibilities and your rights as a user.
It's important to note that EasyApartAlanya's involvement is limited to conveying the content of your booking request to the recipient. They do not assume any additional obligations or responsibilities beyond this intermediary role. Therefore, any agreements or arrangements that you reach with the recipient, such as the landlord, are solely between you and them. EasyApartAlanya does not hold any liability for the outcomes or terms of these agreements.

1. User Registration: To use EasyApartAlanya, plattform you will not need to register an account on the website. But you need to providing your personal details, such as name, contact information, and possibly additional information depending on the platform's requirements. All your personal data by EasyApartAlanya and the recipient are use only for the purpose of answering your request.
2. Property Search: You can browse through the available listings on EasyApartAlanya. The platform collaborates with real estate agents, agencies, and companies in Alanya - Turkey to ensure a wide range of options for apartment rentals in Alanya. You can use the search filters to narrow down your preferences, such as location, price range, number of bedrooms, and amenities.

5. Agreement and Terms: If the recipient approves your booking request, EasyApartAlanya helps you will enter into agreement with them. EasyApartAlanya's role is solely to facilitate the initial communication and booking request process. Any subsequent agreements, rental terms, and obligations will be between you and the recipient. Additional information
If you want to stay longer than 90 days in Turkey, you will need a residence permit.
With booking an apartment for a shorter period that does not exceed 90 days, you don't need a residence permit. Remember that it is a total of 90 days of stay within 180 days period you can stay in Turkey without a residence permit.
We also offer pick-up at the airport and drive you to your booked apartment with us, where one of our employees will give you the keys and show you the apartment you have chosen.
